Founded in 2014 by former World Champion Rachel McLagan, Flings & Things have been delighting audiences all over the world for the last 8 years with their innovative and creative take on Highland Dancing.  Trained by Champions and boasting many international titles of their own, the Flings & Things dancers come from dance schools all over Scotland, and together have broken barriers and brought a new and exciting energy to Scotland's national dance form - whilst still remaining true to the history and technique that make Highland Dancing so unique.

Performing alongside some of Scotland's favourite traditional musicians and bands they have captivated crowds from Shanghai to Singapore, Monte Carlo to Milwaukee and Cologne to Cumbernauld - and they show no sign of slowing down!
